Fear

Breath, to breathe expand and feel
Anxiety, feeling anxious, failure is real
End of day, relief, alone, in one’s head
Let go, short span, rest, in one’s bed
Tomorrow, anew, anxious and fear
Failure again, never afar, always near

  1. Yep. Some days are so much harder to get out of the box in my head that I lock myself in. I look around me at other people’s problems and realize my fear is boring. If I could only remember that when the anxiety comes again.
